Duv Group delivered a strategic warehouse office and laboratory fit-out, transforming an existing industrial space into a modern, efficient environment that supports business growth and future scalability. New offices and laboratory spaces were seamlessly integrated within the warehouse, creating a cohesive layout that enhances operational efficiency. 

The project involved close collaboration with the client and onsite teams to ensure minimal disruption and an optimised workflow. Works included the design and construction of a new steel structure to raise and modify the existing loading dock, increasing usable floor space to accommodate the new office areas. 

Comprehensive service upgrades were completed to support the expanded facility, including a new electrical sub-board and mechanical systems.
